Fall 2014 OOTD "Beware of the Layers"

This post is from me and my friend's website called thethickskins.com
It's an awesome, unique website where you can find fashion to food posts. Please check it out and also follow us on our Instagram and Twitter: TheThickSkins

Fall is here. My favorite thing about this season is the approach of my favorite holidays, the cold breeze,  apple picking, and best of all being able to wear cozy attires. In this weather, I can make myself all warm and cozy just by adding on layers of clothes, no big coats necessary.
For this look, I wanted to be comfortable and warm since this weekend was chillier than usual. Here I’m wearing a leather jacket with a knit sweater over my mom jeans. I compliment my outfit with a flannel around my waist, my bass loafers, and my favorite hat. Lastly of course, I completed this look with my favorite fall piece which is make up. Fall lets me experiment with darker shades of make up which is really fun. For my lips I’m wearing a MAC matte lipstick called “Diva”, which is a really dark red color.

Coney Island

DIY WRAPPED NECKLACE

Love finding new crafts to keep for myself. I've always wanted to buy those diy crystal wrapped necklaces but they were always so expensive or too overpriced, especially sites like Brandy Melville and Urban Outfitters. So I got these things from an arts and craft store in Harlem for less than $15.

Harlem Daze

From 137th to 125th!!! What a walk. Explored parts of Harlem that I've never got to explore. New grubs and new shops.
